Shipping Policy

ORDER DISPATCH
We are dispatch/processed your order within 2 working days .you will be intimated via email about the tracking detail of your order once your order is shipped . in case of any delays in processing your order we will inform you regarding delays
ORDER TRACKING
We dispatch of your order ,we will send you an email with tracking URL and AWB number . You can use the tracking URL to live track your order
Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days . We deliver your order within 5 - 7 business days from your order date in all over India.our transit time is with in 7 business days .
Free shipping on prepaid orders (purchase above 500 INR)
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If damaged products are delivered, then it will be exchanged (Opening video is must). In case of missed delivery, we will re-ship the order at your request with an additional charge of INR 250.
COD AVAILABLE
International Shipping Policy
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We will deliver your package within 15 days from your order date
No COD.
ADC Jewellery will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

International Shipping :
International Shipping charges are applicable as per the weight of the products in your order. And this will be automatically added to your cart at checkout. Our shipping charges are on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties, As a recipient of the order, you shall be liable for import duties, customs and local sales, tax levied by the country you are in. Please insure payment of import duties to receive your order on arrival. Falling to do so your order might get stuck at the custom departments and it may returned back to our warehouse and in any such cases, we will be able to refund the shipping charges If it is returned back to us and also deduct the charges for the return.
